
Does the Fast Track Tennis Feedback System have multiple settings for ball toss distance and/or speed?
The system is designed to be used in a small space so it only has one launch angle. Ball toss height and length can be adjusted incrementally at the bottom of the machine with an included tool (please be careful not to over loosen). Balls are tossed every 3 seconds to with optimal distance being approximately 180 cm high and 275 cm from the net.
Why do Fast Track Tennis balls look different?
Our patent pending patterned balls are part of the Feedback System that incorporates a smartphone app for tracking ball speed, spin and landing position. The orange balls with black dots are necessary for the smartphone camera to perform sophisticated ball tracking computer vision algorithms.
Currently the software only works on Iphone. We hope to have an Android option some time in the future.
Does the feeder use batteries? Does it plug into the wall? What type of AC adapter is used?
The ball feeder operates on 4 D cell batteries or can be plugged into the wall with the included AC adapter.
PLEASE NOTE: When using AC Adapter as power source, allow several seconds for machine to warm up. Also, machine is not intended to be run for extended periods of time without sufficient cool down periods. Extended use, especially at high temperature can cause the AC adapter to wear out and need to be replaced.
PLEASE NOTE: The AC adapter supplied is an AU standard AC adapter.
Do I need a certain smart phone to use the Fast Track Tennis app? Do I need a tripod?
The app currently works with recent model, back camera facing iPhones (Android versions are expected to follow soon). The included tripod is intended for use with the Fast Track Tennis app and contains a smartphone clip for mounting your smartphone in a horizontal position.
When using the Fast Track Tennis app, the tripod should be extended to its full 100 cm and be placed 485 cm from the metal frame of the net.
Currently, only users in the continental United States are eligible to receive prizes from Racketman.
Solid backgrounds and/or good lighting required. Suboptimal conditions can lead to inconsistent results.
Tips for using FTT
Troubleshooting Tips for best use
1. If protective caps on metal frame are stuck, gently slide a flathead screw driver into cap and rotate to "unstick" cap.
2. To ADJUST BALL TOSS (height + length) we have included a tool - look on underside of the machine to locate it. DO NOT loosen tension / turn too far left or else the nut will come off and machine will be inoperable. We cannot accept returns as faulty where this has occurred. In most cases you should nopt need to adjust the toss and thereby forfeiting your warranty.
3. Net targets made of heavy Velcro to handle hard hits. Moving these targets repeatedly will degrade the net.
4. AC adapter for use with 240v.
5. Ball feeder makes a sharp, distinct sound upon ball toss.
6. Read notes on side of machine and watch set up and take down videos.
7. Works best with four to four (4) balls.
8. Allow up to 10 seconds for AC power starts and when turning off then on, wait up to 30 - 45 seconds.
9. Not intended to run continuously > 30 minutes.
10. When turning the unit OFF do this immediately after ball throw. Not mid throw.
11. If overworked in super hot conditions, AC adapter may need to be replaced over time.
12. Net materials are not waterproof and windy conditions are not optimal for usage.
13. App currently for iPhone only and needs good lighting and solid background.
14. Make sure your iPhone battery is well charged and close all other apps for best performance.

Fast Track Vision LLC owns and operates mobile applications for FastTrackTennis. Play FTT is a game that can be downloaded for free by registering with an email address. By downloading the app, users are given access and can play the game and participate on the leaderboard. The company does NOT collect any personal data but it does maintain email addresses for the sole purpose of notifying winner(s) of applicable prize(s). Email addresses remain strictly confidential and will never be sold. All processing of data and storage of Fast Track Tennis results are done on your mobile device. How easy is it to erect and dismantle
In less than 5 minutes you are ready to go from setup start. The contruction is very simple and once you have done it a few times you be be even quicker. We also have detailed video instructions on how to do this.
Is Fast Track Tennis suitable for children?
MY word it is! Oh yes.
In fact we have seen some incredible results by school coaches who purchased a few units and incorporated them into the student's regular tennis cariculum.
The level of student development who used Fast Track Tennis for a semester clearly exceeds all previous levels achieved in past semesters.
One coach in the USA went even further by allowing parents to take home units through vacation periods where children could continue practice.
By the way kids love to use Fast Track Tennis so you never have to pursuade them to use it.
Where is the best place to use Fast Track Tennis?
Fast Track Tennis can be set up on any hard, flat surface, indoors or out, like in your driveway, garage or basement. It can also be set up on a tennis court, in a gym or parking lot, wherever you want to use it. Space needed is approximately 275cm wide, 245cm high and 600 cm long. The machine tosses the ball to about 180 cm high and about 275 cm from the net.
PLEASE NOTE: Machine is not intended to run for extended (hours at a time) periods without a sufficient cool down period. Extended use, especially in hot temperatures may cause the AC adapter to degrade and need to be replaced.
How many balls does the Fast Track Tennis Feedback System take?
The system works continuously with 3 or 4 balls. It can handle more balls but it is not necessary.
Optimal operation is achieved with 4 balls.
Does Fast Track Tennis Feedback System come with balls?
Yes, one dozen (12) long lasting, pressureless, practice balls are included with purchase of the Fast Track Tennis Feedback System. These balls will need to be replaced after extended use. You can purchase replacement balls, which come in sets of one dozen (12) in a re-closable mesh bag. Replacement balls can be purchased on our website.
You can also use any regular size tennis balls with the ball machine and net. For use with the smartphone app, you must use Fast Track Tennis vision tracking balls.
What level players is Fast Track Tennis for?
Fast Track Tennis can be used by players of ALL levels, from beginner to advanced.
We have heard from many players and tennis coaches that Fast Track Tennis is a great tool for players looking to practice their strokes and acquire new skills. Players just starting out may find it challenging to hit the net every time so it is recommended to use more than 4 balls to keep the System operating continuously in the event of missed shots.
What does the app do? How do I get it? Is it free?
The iOS (apple) Play FTT game app, also called the "Racketman Challenge," uses the camera on your iPhone to track number of targets hit out of 15 shots and your score is posted on a leaderboard. At the end of the month, game leader(s) will be eligible to receive a prize from Racketman*. A second app, Practice FTT can calculate shot speed (MPH), spin (RPM) and landing position as if playing on a real court. App(s) can be downloaded from the Apple Store for FREE. Stay tuned for more updates to the app.
*Currently, only users in the continental United States are eligible to receive prizes from Racketman.
What is the warranty on Fast Track Tennis
The manufacturer, "Fast Track Vision LLC" (or “Fast Track Tennis” or FastTrackTennis.com) extends the following Limited Warranty, which applies only to regular use of the Fast Track Tennis “System” under normal conditions for the purposes of practicing tennis using standard, commercially available tennis equipment. Any other use of the Fast Track Tennis System shall void the Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty applies for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of delivery. During the Limited Warranty period, the Fast Track Tennis System will be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.
The Limited Warranty extends to defects in the system. Exclusions and limitations apply:
The Limited Warranty only applies to original purchaser of the System. The System must be purchased from Fast Track Tennis or an authorized dealer (Tennis Assist Australia t/as Bodyassist Health and Wellness PL, and remain in the possession or purview of the original purchaser for the warranty to apply.
The Limited Warranty extends only to the proprietary components of the Fast Track Tennis System, which includes the net and the ball feeder. Tennis balls with proprietary markings and Tripod with smartphone holder clip are not covered under Limited Warranty, but the company will make every effort to replace units in the event of defects.
The following are not covered under the Limited Warranty:
Normal wear and tear including minor cosmetic damage and/or changes to outward surfaces.
Damage from exposure to wind, inclement weather and/or natural disasters.
Damage from improper or negligent use including but not limited to introduction of unauthorized / foreign objects, abuse, neglect, improper or negligent storage, accidents, vandalism, theft.
Damage caused by external surges in power or power fluctuations.
Damage from modifications or repair. Any attempt to modify or repair the System creates a risk of injury and property damage. Fast Track Tennis is not responsible or liable for any damage or injury incurred during, or as a result of, any System modification or repair. All modifications and/or repairs attempted by owner (or agent of owner) are undertaken at owner’s own risk.
If a defect occurs, original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is for Fast Track Tennis to replace or repair the defect with comparable goods to satisfy remainder of warranty. Where permitted by law, replacement parts reconditioned to “as-new” condition by Fast Track Tennis may be supplied to fulfill Limited Warranty obligations.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, Fast Track Tennis is not responsible or liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or economic loss in connection with the purchase and use of the System.
Claims under Limited Warranty should be made directly to Fast Track Tennis within specified warranty period (FastTrackTennis.com). The goal of Fast Track Tennis is to provide high quality products to satisfied customers.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Fast Track Tennis will cover the cost of shipping for any product replacement.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN BY FAST TRACK TENNIS AND SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR, CONTRARY OR ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY STATUTORY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Returns and Refunds
Our goal is happy customers and we strive to ensure satisfaction.
We currently offer local (within Australia) and international shipping to specific locations only. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties or levies.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers seeking a return/refund are responsible for any return shipping charges.
In the event of damaged goods, our policy is to replace all damaged goods at no additional cost to customer. We will need to clearly verify the damage and to what extent. We may also request that you return the damaged good(s) at no additional cost to you. In any instance of damaged goods delivered to you, we require clear pictures of damage and that you share those pictures with us as soon as possible so we can confer with the shipping agent. In the event of delivered but stolen merchandise, we will confirm delivery with the shipping agent but cannot be held responsible in the event of any theft pursuant to delivery.
Notifications of Returns or Damage (if applicable) should be emailed and confirmed in advance of any return to [email protected] with "Return Request" or "Damaged Goods" in the subject line (please include pictures of damaged goods in email along with your contact information). Once we have received your email, we will acknowledge receipt via return email and provide shipping instructions, or we will follow up for additional information.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and alert you to next steps. If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping
Once your return / refund or damaged good has been confirmed, you will be given instructions on how to ship your return.
PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping charges are a non-refundable expense. In the event of a return in accordance with our return policy, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
In a case of damaged goods, it is expected that the customer will incur no additional product and/or shipping charges. Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary.
PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly encouraged that you use a trackable shipping service for return shipments and consider purchasing shipping insurance as we do not and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How are your magnets laid?
Our magnets are placed in an opposing field configuration so that the first is north facing, the next is south facing, the next is north facing and so on.
Do I need to remove the magnets when washing?
No. The magnets stay as they are. You do not remove them.
How do I tell the north side of a magnet?
Usually there will be a mark or indentation on the north facing side. If you have more than 1 magnet, when you click them into a stack the north facing side is the top of stack. The north face will always attach to the south face of another magnet.
How do magnets work?
Can I wear my support when sleeping?
Mostly our products are designed to be worn during the day unless specifically identified as night time use. However if you do choose to wear one overnight, we recommend you discuss this with your medical professional prior to doing so. Some products can provide added warmth to a joint when sleeping, although most people are quite warm when in bed so there is no need. Some night use supports help provide a restful night's sleep for people experiencing elbow, wrist, knee or foot pain.
Can I wear any of your products while swimming?
We do not recommend to wear a support while swimming unless it is specifically designed for the purpose. Wearing one in the water may damage the product’s materials and the support becomes water logged and no longer fit the joint properly. Some of our products made from neoprene (wetsuit material) can be used safely in water but the support's compression may be adversely affected.
How long should I wear a support for?
This is very much a personal preference. We normally recommend to wear a support during activity and for an hour or two thereafter. If you wish to wear it for longer, go ahead. However, make sure you don't wear any brace for days on end without allowing the skin to dry and breathe.
How tight should a support be?
All supports need to provide compression and therefore should be a snug fit. However, if the brace is cutting deeply into the skin around the edges or you feel that circulation is negatively affected causing numbness or tingling or you feel general discomfort, you should go one size larger. The optimal fit should be snug but comfortable. If you suffer from any circulation issues please consult a doctor before using any support.
What can I do if the fabric fastener on my brace does not stick any more?
It may just needs a good clean. Fluff, lint and dust gets trapped in the hook and loop surfaces. This cloggs them up so they don’t catch. Clean them of all foreign materials. Use warm water with a mild detergent and scrub the hook side well. This should help to better adhere one to the other. If not, the hook and loop material may have passed it's life cycle. You may need to replace the item if this is the case.
