INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Suits left or right elbow.
- Apply strap around arm, just below the elbow joint.
- Thread the strap through the D-loop.
- Pull strap and close over hook tape.
- For correct positioning, hold out your arm, thumb pointing up.
- Place the buckle on the underneath of your arm, slightly towards the inner side.
- For maximum effectiveness allow the buckle and the double fold in the fabric to press firmly into the muscle.
- Adjust for comfort.
- Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation.
- Always ensure to choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing and if unsure always consult a physician.
