CARE
- Hand wash in warm water.
- Use mild detergent.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not dry clean.
- Hang to air-dry in a well ventilated area.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Pull sleeve over ankle, like a sock.
- Lay straps out flat.
- Wrap straps over front of ankle, close on opposite side (figure 8).
- Pull harder for a tighter fit.
- Adjust for comfort.
- Slip foot into shoe and close laces.
- When applied you should feel firm compression and protection.
- May be worn directly over skin or with a sock.
- Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation.
- May be applied to left or right ankle..
- For braces designed to to combat ankle roll prevention we suggest you consider one of our rigid style Ankle Guards.
- Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
- Always choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing.
