INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- If possible apply while lying on your back with a pillow under your knees.
- May be worn over clothing, underwear or directly on skin.
- Place belt just above ‘Greater Trochanter’.
- Position wider panels equally over left and right sides of hips.
- Thread the belt at front through plastic D loops and pull to tighten.
- Apply with firm pressure and adjust for comfort.
